just came back from yet another inspiring 3 days 2 nites in JB..it always amazes that how come our Hope elders can come up with such powerful and impactful teachings.its juz simply awesome. this time round, the theme is abt Reproducing Church. One main thing i got our of the whole series is that we need to be people who set the the prototype for reproduction. we are the generation that set the culture and pass on the baton to the future generation..And another thing abt LC is that you will always remember the Great Commission when you see so many people around the world serving God alongside with you, the joy to know this fact is unspeakable!!another thing that touched me is that we need to pray for people.Praying for those you love should be natural..so ya, i need to pray more...

when i look back at the past week, it's not as if its the smooth-est week that I went thru..but its surely a week that I realised much things with my Creator.

--Love my family.

--Love my sheep.

--Love the Word.

--Love the lost.

Sometimes, bad times are not as bad as that. Without bad times, i would have yet to be reminded by all of the above. Ps David came to s'pore again. He spoke to us in a the CLm yesterday. it was an inspiring sharing. Everything juz came to him like a professional narrator. But it was the narrating of his own life's experiences, testimonies and stories. Whatever questions the CLs asked, he answered them all. and hearing how he converted the Indian family, its amazing. its juz abt being faithful as a child of God, a christian. Who says that serving God is boring? If you feel that its boring, then you haven't served enough.

this week hasn't been the best for me...

first of all, Sharapova lost in the Australian Open Finals to Serena Williams. But I am ok with it.It was a match that the better player won so I am not so sad after all. Unlike how Germany won Argentina in the World Cup 2006 Q-finals - the lousier team won!Crap!

Secondly, It was a hard week in my school assignments..I am unable to figure out how to do the OB assignment.Some one pls come and help me.It is difficult to find references for the assignment.Poured over the books at National Library on Thursday..but not much fruits!

Thirdly, my group did not do very well for the ESS this week.No visitors. But its ok.I know that the time will come when my group reaps the harvest.

But of course, there will be some good things that happen in the week too.

Had some great shepherding with my sheeps this week. With Gordon, Yunian, Yongle and Brandon...I enjoy spending time with them although may not be much time...hahaha...!!

Am able to watch some of the Sharapova's matches.I am contented to watch her matches.She is super cool..very focussed...

and fruitful shopping with the Mismatch gang on Friday at Bugis..it was a interesting sessions...Jacq got to know a sales gal too...we are thinking to SOW with her..She is from Bukit Panjang Govt High, Sec 3...Bought a nice shirt that day too..Hee!!

am expecting much more this coming week...am meeting my PCLs tml..whee!!revival is coming!!yeah!

needless to say, God will definitely be the first LOVE of my life...He has become something that i cant live without...when i was young, i used to loathe christians, coz to me, they are very fake and they have a motive to get near to you. they are also very irritating people..little would i know that God has used His marvelous powers and people to turn the situation around...and now on the side of God's people, indeed, christians have a motive to draw near to people and this motive is a good one, not for themselves, but for the people that they want to be near to. Christians want their friends to have life to the fullest..that's the reason.

Without my family, i wont be here. my parents are the one who gave me physical life thru their bodies and they were the ones who raised me up.i will never forget this fact.that's why i cant understand why people can bear to leave their parents in old folks' home or even kill them to get inheritance...and also why they can shout at their parents like no one's business. my frens are people who support me and give me help..they are the one who i enjoy my time with.my group are my beloved..they are the ones who i enjoy leading and playing with...hee!!!

relationship is a very interesting thing.today, am here to blog abt how i feel abt relationships.First of all, i believe everyone needs relationships, no matter how introverted you are, you need a friend.i believe so coz God created a companion for Adam.in relationship, there are many interesting flavours to it.sometimes, you may experience sweetness in the care shown towards you, when your friend/spouse remembers what you like or they juz drop a sms to ask about ur day. Sometimes, you may experience the sour part in the sense that you felt that your friend/spouse did not understand you in a particular circumstance or they failed to live up to your expectations.Sometimes you might even feel bitter coz you felt that they let you down or "betray" you in some ways.Somtimes, spicy-ness due to some conflicts and some viewpoints that you all dont agree on. These are part and parcels of relationships.

talking abt my own experience, recently i learnt some truths:

-We may not understand our friend/spouse fully, but the friendship is not abt fully understanding (if not, robots would be best friends, as long as you keyed in the data.) Though its not abt understanding fully, but we muz SEEK TO UNDERSTAND..

-Love and accept the person for he/she is God's beloved.Jus simply that.

-Clarify matters when needed. Don't let the other party play guessing game.Its not a nice feeling.Talk it out not juz for your sake, but for the other party's sake.

Conclusion is that Friends are gifts from God. There's a reason why you crossed paths with your friend out the 6 billion people on earth. Treasure them and you will not regret it...

First time in school since 2 yrs 8 mths ago!

2 yrs and 8 mths ago, i thot i was released from a bondage called the Singapore Education System. Then 5 months after that, i went to serve the bondage of the Singapore Armed Forces. Now 2 yrs 8 mths later, here am i starting school on the 9th of Jan in SIM.Nonetheless, it was a good feeling..i guess i am more mature to give my best in studying...understanding and knowing that studying is also a God-given ministry.School was ok today.Befriended some new people during orientation and had lunch with them today.also got to know a new friend.She was quite friendly..and hyper too.its great to meet new people.Will be praying that I will continue to know more new people and also learn much.this is a new start!!Pray together with me ok?am aiming for 4 High Distinctions man!!!

was with 4 grps of different people in the span of 3 consecutive days.they are indeed interesting and important people in my life.

301206 - MY PCLs

had an overnite with my PCLs at Kai'en's place.the objective was to have thanksgiving for the 2006.but actually had a surprise birthday celebration by them. I really love the gifts and cards they made for me.These are the people that i appreciate and treasure along.They have been fighting alongside with me for the past 4 months and more to come.And i am glad that there are these people with me.I know they will never leave me alone(though they will always "suan" me).I enjoy the whole chatting session and the surprise..

311206 - MY SHEEP

supposed to have 6 of my sheep coming, but in the end 2 cannot make it.Its ok, will make up to them at a later date.4 of my sheep turned up for the zi cha dinner at a coffeeshop near my place. They are Aaron, Brandon, Gordon and Yongle.All of them are very fun loving guys. during dinner, we shared one incident that the word "2006" will remind us of and one dream we had for the yr 2007.Listening to them makes me laugh esp when u have Gordon in the setting.Aaron was usual very noisy and very expressive.Brandon (my new sheep) was not very close to the 3 of them..so he was slightly quieter, but guys will be guys, you know what i mean?haha.Yongle was the one with the contagious laughter.All in all, i had fun and i look forward for times with them again, be it in grp or individually.Sheeps, let's have grp outing often ya?

311206 - MISMATCH GANG

This team is the most hyper group i know of.This team consists of ME, Junyao, Jacq, Jinqi AND Jasmine Loh. if you know all of us, you will know how destructive this team can be. we met up on the new yr's eve at 11 pm at cck mrt.our initial plan was to go kbox..but lo and behold, we went up and check the price.it was a stunning $28+++ per person. we were all stunned. but the fact is that we had set aside this time and the money to play and to reward ourselves for the Mismatch.so we went in and sang..and thruout the whole sessions...you see 5 mad freaks in a room trying to dance,sing in a high pitch voice, throwing peanuts at one another and taking photos of stoned faces.It was a awesome nite,coz we played and played like no one's business.when our kbox session ended, we headed to our beloved Jinqi's place for some mahjong..i was thrashed by the mahjong queen Jinqi!!!watched a Stephen CHow's show too.slept at 6...and woke up at 9 plus..was fun..let's have more outing ok?movies chill out sessions watever..haha..

010107 - ARMY FRIENDS

went to siam kitchen for a dinner with them.total of 8 guys and 3 gals.Not that gals need to serve NS, but the 3 gals was the pretty galfrens of Ronald, Ong and Chai Chin.Siam kitchen is quite a nice place to eat.But realised that their staff aren't that smart coz some of us ordered ala carte and some of us ordered buffet.But the staff let us sit together. Meaning that the buffet people was passing the food to the ala carte people.so dumb rite?anyway, we talked and caught up with one another.After eating, we went to the Boat Quay's Mind's Cafe. Had some board and card games.Learnt a new game called Saboteur.it is a nice game.requires thinking and tactics.haha..next time shall intro to anyone whom i bring there...

Conclusion:

its important to have frens. Really really. People may think i am relational. But to me, frens are impt. One of my greatest fear in life is to be alone and without frens. Remember - A true fren is someone who walks in when everyone else walks out!

Expectations are double edged sword. On one hand, it can lift ur spirits up when something/someone meets your expectation, but when it doesn't...POOF!!!...it damages and its real painful. Today i learnt a precious lesson.real precious..once again,i was reminded that there should not be expectations. the truth is i am really hurt, but its gonna be fine. I know that God is my sufficiency.maybe juz that i am not gonna put my expectation on the person anymore.as i said in the previous blog, everything happens for a reason and i believe that this incident happens for one too....

Everything happens for a reason...a truth that i have learned few months back...in the world, this statement talks abt causes and effects.to me, it means that my God intends me to go thru something that I need to learn or things i need to be reminded in.

Juz got to know something that disappointed me.But i need to keep my head clear to clarify.Clarification is something that is very small but yet important.W/o it, many situations can turn into misunderstandings.

had another round of celebration..Junyao, livi and germaine treated me to Marche..and we had a great time together.It has been a long time since we chatted like that. I think since the Central HQ was gone...nonetheless, i will never forget the times we had there...Though we are all in different ministries, but friends are there when u need them...

Would like to start of this blog by thanking God for placing good leaders, people and frens in my life. Indeed, these are the people who add colours into our lives, of course not mentioning dark colours too.

Let me talk abt the christmas services first.for our youth service on the 16th Dec, NWB had 57 people attending service.I can tell you that it was one of the most happiest moments in my life coz my unit have not even touch the 35 mark before. it really takes God's grace and blessing to have 57 coz it was a great leap. And out of this 57, 7 people crossed the line of faith..after service, during our PCLM, all of us were like jumping ard to celebrate for our 57 for like 5 minutes.Thank God that they all shared the same heartbeat as me. As for the christmas services that juz passed, we hit 50 again and we had 5 people crossing the line of faith. I really wanna thank God for His faithfulness. Coz as i was planning for my grp 3 months ago, it was really by faith coz my group was still hovering around the 21-22 mark..and thru-out these 3 months, my grp grew by 28 people, which is more than double. really really grateful to God...

next on the list for blogging was my birthday celebration..let me start of with the christmas eve when we had dmm at NERC..we were chatting at the room and ard 1130 pm, the people started to get hungry and urge people to go buy food from 7-11.I was one of them chosen to go. Os being very obedient, i went with DK and david Ong.. and as we went there, they will SLOWLY deciding on what to buy.and even as we walked back, David was trying to entertain me with some videos he has taken with his phone.. when we went back to the RC, i was pleasantly surprised at the effort to celebrrate my bday. i know they were planning something, but nonetheless, i was touched by their efforts..when i entered into the room, there was their own rendition of the song "Who am I"..they changed the lyrics juz for me...and lying down on the floor are candles forming my name "D-E-W-E-N" and not forgetting a TAUSA bread as my bday cake prepared by ruth...if this was not enough, there was a round of affirmation by the whole team. it was truly touching..i never felt so loved before.I really enjoyed the celebration..at that point of time, i told God this:"I WOULD DIE FOR THIS TEAM.."

Following day was the day when my family prepared a lunch feast for me..I am thankful and grateful for my parents for holding this party despite their unavailability (coz they had something on but pushed it away for my sake). People came to my house and gave me their well wishes and send their birthday greetings. we talked, watched vcds and mingled around..this was the time when my beloved families met (both physical and spiritual).Thanks for those who came...i am glad.after that, some of us went to catch a movie and chill out..nothing special, but i would like to highlight this person that is very important to me...he is none other than JUNYAO..i knew he planned for my bday for a long time and put in much effort.though the celebration did not turn out as expected, but i really appreciate the efforts from the bottom of my heart.Truly, he is my BUDDY!

on the 26th dec, me,junyao,ruth and debbie went to kbox together. they celebrated my birthday another time. these are my close frens and i really enjoyed the time with them..singing and crapping and eating..

the happenings that i mentioned above are things that i will not forget..these things are called Memories..close to my heart and dear to me...i thank God for all these..and thru all these i know that the Heavenly Father longs to bless and gives us the best!

hi all, am back from Hong Kong le!indeed its 6 of my most unforgettable days in my life..let me tell you with words and pictures...

day one:241106...
reached airport at 1230 and ate BK with the rest.nothing much to tell you guys coz still in Singapore.Jiehui and Bruce came to send us off...and off we go!!Reached Hong Kong Int'l Airport at 8 pm and we made our way to our hotel via MTR and Ivy came to bring us for supper...CONGEE!

the next day which is a sat, we had workshop and service. when we reach the service place, we saw that there are already people there preparing P and W and arranging chairs. The spirit of serving was very strong!After lunch time, it was the workshop.The worship is conducted by me, yihui and junyao. We have fun time with them and we taught abt the process abt SOW.After that, we had a short prayer meet and service started.Yihui shared testimony and it was inspiring!

after testimony, it was Ps Shirley's preaching. It was awesome. Was reminded of somethings abt my grp. After the service, the hk youth people brought us to take ferry and had dinner. Dinner time was extremely funny due to the cake incident.(u can ask me if u wanna know coz its kinda long to share here).

on the 26th nov, we attended their adults' service and went for their picnic event. imagine a 200 people picnic and bbq..it was on top of a hill too.the people were all around talking to one another. it was like a big scale family man.after the picnic, we had our first shopping encounter at the Lady Street in HK (famous)....Picture paints a thousand words...

Monday!in the morning, we met up with ivy and Ps arlene to have brunch!its DIM SUM!!!the meal was juz so nice..HK FOOD IS FANTASTIC!hee...its our day of street invitation and SOW too!we were all so excited yet scared coz we are going to SOW with some cantonese pro. i paired with junyao and yihui.me being the most pro in cantonese even had difficulty relating with the students..cantonese is such a beauty dialect..!the kids are so fun to be with.they asked me alot abt singapore!after the SOW, we went to ivy's for DMM.. it was an awesome nite, we had fun...personally i was really touched by their fervor for the Lord and gestures of love.the highlight of the nite, we had egg tart and ribena for communion...(u can ask me for the divine egg tarts story personally too)hee..some pics here!!

on tuesday, we had a day of fun at the well-known, OCEAN PARK!saw jelly fish, huge stingrays, sharks and pandas.we had fun exploring the rides..all of us agreed that it was not thrilling enough, but some tanned guy(u shld know who) "agreed" with trembling hands and feet.it was tiring but yet we still went for shopping. this time, the guys split with the gals and indeed it was less troublesome with the gals(*woops*) coz in the trip i got 3 pairs of jeans, 4 shirts, 2 accessories, 1 new shades ...so fruitful man!!

last day, we juz walked ard..nothing much happened that day. did our last shopping for food stuff.was abit moody that day coz i was quite sad to leave the place but i know i need to come back to singapore to share abt what i learnt and do what i am supposed to do..

conclusion: i learned much from this trip and i will never forget abt this trip...took its place in my heart eternally!

day was long..started off with training class.thank God that the people was fun to be with.am always glad to be able to teach classes coz can get to know other people from Northwest.headed to settle some issue with some one after that.thru this incident, it reminded me of something?isn't our life purpose supposed to please God?why make things so complicated by pursuing worldly things?is it so hard to give God your first priority?once you decide to live ur life to please God, your perspective of serving God will also be different. it will be more easy-going and more focussed. went to S'pore Sports School to recce for camp.was telling ruth that if i was born later, i would have tried for SSS coz its so me to do sports.i am not saying that i am very good at it,but if i have not known God, i will really devote my time to train myself and improve.i guess God has His better plans ba.met up with weiling to do some make up thing for christmas drama.spent some time eating with her and realise that we have indeed grown up. the weiling that i knew in the past was more perfectionist and impatient, and the "me" in the past will talk lots of crap to her.but juz now, over the dinner table, we caught up and had a rather decent conversation abt our lives now.my day was rather busy..but yet was reminded abt lots of things..

assurance can really make a man's day....its truee!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, HUIRU!

this is myself and huiru..today is her birthday..and wanna take this time to affirm her and her contribution to the kingdom of God. She has been in church since she was sec 2.Though last time she was very blur, i can see that she had a desire to want to know God more. And since then she has grown to take up roles for God as a shepherd and a sound ministry person. She is a great supporter in my team and she has brought much joy into my life.Thanks for being in this NWB team.You are impt to me and the rest. Keep growing...

shirls' ULM today...worship was ministering coz i think yihui led well...shirls taught well too..learnt that we need to meet people's real needs rather than what we THINK they need.coz what we think they need, may not be what they really need. So be humble and get feedback from your people coz their feedback can be really useful and constructive for us.at this point of time, i really wanna take time to think of who i can outreach to coz evangelism is the purpose of our lives.If we cease to evangelise, we lost our purpose of living for God.yes yes...so NWB, let's start to see converts gushing into our grp...amen?

God, you know this prayer of mine...answer it...give me confirmation...maybe its time, maybe its not...but tell me abt it ok?i need you Holy spirit!!!

heys dudes and dudettes, am back in this space.feeling random therefore start to blog.i mean i have been intending to blog too juz that i am plain lazy to think of words to type.but here i am...its a new beginning now.

juz finish doing my devotions.talks abt how we shld grow.many times, we think that we can grow by just reading the Word and by prayer.i mean its indeed true that these 2 are very important.but i feel that application of the Word is the key.(of cuz you have to read to apply).So have to ask yourself, are you juz a reader of the Word?Or are you a do-er of the Word?i mean "come on,lets face it."no one is perfect, i am still learning how to apply and "do" God's word.its a process. its a process whereby you start something and proceed to the next level.(juz like playing games).so the start part is very impt.

heard a lot of great testimonies for the passion..all the stuffs happened when i was not in s'pore.hee..seems like i missed out a lot of excitement and miracles..only get to hear abt them...but its ok...

ask u guys - how often can u watch a movie with tv stars? and you know what...me, pris and shuz did that yesterday.. let me narrate the scenario to you guys. me and shuz were walking towards the ticketing booth at the PS GV(pris was still not there yet).. then we saw Lilin and Allan Wu..then we were like shocked. then never mind. then we proceed to comic connection to wait for pris.we went to cold storage to try to spot for them coz pris really like Lilin..we din manage to see them so we were thinking that we maybe able to see them when we go back up.so we went back up and guess what?we saw them at the queue waiting to buy drinks.so we were thinking - maybe we will be watching the same show coz the time we bought the tickets were ard the same. as we are walking towards the cinemas, the person tearing the ticket directed them to the other side so we were quite disappointed..then this is the moment.as we had juz seated down..the 2 of them walked into our row of seats and sit down right beside pris.we were like "my gosh,how coincidental can this be??"...so that was the happening...so cool rite?haiz...too bad we din take photos...

things come and go...many a times, it makes us wonder whether its God's plan for us to wait or just plainly we are just not diligent enough.something i doubt too..but what we know and trust must supercede the things that we doubt abt God..that's the main thing...

yesterday was a day we saw many new faces,fruits of lots of efforts and hard work of the y-hope.my grp had many new faces too.the greatest thing yesterday was that we saw many coming to know our Lord and 2 were from my grp..i guess david and the grp were elated abt it.and its really thru their hard work and perseverance that they see these new bros.everyone gave their best for it and that's wat matters.am glad that our grp is growing..very much in quality..kudos to my leaders,david hoe and aaron!

west CL team went on a 2 days madness retreat..went to gwen's place for a overnite.saw chelsea being thrashed.hee.was almost freeze to death by gwen's aircon.today morning, went to the nearby prata shop to eat.normal meal then we set off to sentosa..it was so hot man!played many games-kayaking,volleyball and frisbee...was fun overall..but the best part the capsizing them in their kayak..hee.parted ways being very tired but joyful..

DMM is a fun team..a team supposed to enjoy one another..support one another and love one another..let's do that man!

a trip to the sceneric nature?or should i call it a human torture?
been out in the jungle for 4 consecutive days.only period of time that i saw human civilisation was when we were travelling from yishun to tekong.and it was only driving past.not entering their world.felt like a nomad for 4 days.went without bathing for 4 days..can u believe it?some of my platoon mates did not even brush their teeth for 4 days(hee.i brought my brush out out into the jungle.)but generally , the training was tolerable, not as tough as we had expected.normal routines were done..not much surprises given(which i thank God for!)..well, next challenge will be in a foreign land -- INDIA!not really looking forward to it..will miss my family,my grp and my frens in singapore..hee.nope, i am not going for good.juz for a month..but still its not very pleasurable to me..

next week will be good.resting week..on valentine's day, i have a date.her name is slyvia and guess what she does...she's a DENTIST and she will be extracting my wisdom tooth for me.hee.for that i got a week's MC..people ask whether is it worth it?pain for MC.i tell you the truth, its really worth it!hee..hope that its like the previous time...not as painful..

alrites..still praying for LOVE 111 now..yet to hit goal..but i am still trusting..God does not come in early or late, God comes in JUST IN TIME...am waiting!

juz came back from a enjoyable time with the family of God..went to watch movie with eelee,debbie,wynnie,jessie,shuz,ethan and jerel..watched "I not stupid too"..these few days seems to watch a lot of shows..hmm..but anyway...it was interesting and touching at the same time..good show to watch esp. with ur parents..

service was good..both preachers were excellent...i salute shirls for preaching despite her being so sick and even giving her very best..praises for dennis for being so calm and composed despite preaching for the first time on stage..he did well man...*clap clap*..the sermon wasn't new to me..but it served as a reminder for me..after service was alpha meet and prayer meet..after these 2 meetings, i concluded something - God must be in the centre of our doing, and always remind ourselves of why we do what we do!

God who reigns and rules the universe is also loving enough to come and change our simple lives...thank You, God~!

3 days of havoc!

whee!finally blogging today...

these 3 days are one of my happier days of my life.coz its a special new yr though its kinda boring, but nonetheless it was happening in the sense coz i went out with a few grp of people.for the first day of new yr, it was the small old routine of visitation. was quite rush thru out the day, coz my family was held up by something.after all the visitations, i went to meet ruth,junyao,ethan,daniel,shuzhen,shuping and debbie for ruth's celebration...we went to party world to sing and watch a movie after that.but during the singing session, i was affirmed by debbie..thank God! we hang out till dawn and took a cab home..reached home at 730..slept for 5 hrs...

after i woke up, i went to uncle's house for visitation..din stay there for long before i left to meet eelee,sharlene,gwen,joyce,jency,dehui,jessie,debbie,ethan and junyao..we watched "Fearless"..it was pretty nice..the moves and everything..then we chilled out till 4 am..and then eelee,debbie,dehui and jessie came to my house for mahjong...its so crazy rite?then we left for harbourfront for mac breakfast..went home at 745 and sleep...

i woke up again today..at 1230 pm..hong siong,zhong huan,stephen and gordon came to my place...then the former 3 went back first...gordon stayed to wait for shuz and jerel to come my house..then in the evening time, pris called me out.so i invited them for dinner..so pris,zinc,david hoe,jerel,gordon and shuz went over to my grandma's place to eat and we left for shuz's place where i am now in together with pris!so amazing..

after these few days of spending time, i realise to a deeper measure that God loves thru people and i really enjoy the fellowship of my church frens..they are awesome man!

sad...very sad...tiring....wanna sleep!

sharapova is out!ya..u are not seeing wrongly...she is out of australian open..and i am super saddened by it..its devastating!

today, i went to work as a delivery boy today...went to 10 guardian pharmacies in 2 hrs...amazing rite?hee..but it ended at 215 pm..reached home to be greeted by the above saddening news..then stayed at home till 615pm to go jurong east to meet david and aaron..

tell ya rite..u will never discover time passing quickly when u are discussing the matters of the Kingdom..its amazing to discuss God's stuff with like-minded people...west guys...we will grow..we will...!i say it again..we will grow...

P/S:pris ask me for tennis..haha..i think she's hyping up for sports again..

hi all, guess what?i juz came back home only..from tam's new room...went there with pris.had a nice,cosy chat with both of them.guess the 3 ofus like to talk ba..anyway, it was interesting walking there.let me tell ya...i met pris at harbour front mrt before heading to buy food for all of us at prata house..after heading to prata house and buying food, we walked in thru a unfamiliar way..then as we were looking ard, pris said something:

Pris: "Let's take a shortcut.it seems faster."
dewen:"hmm..ok. can lor.it seems shorter to me too.."
pris:"ok.let's go"(excitedly)

then guess what...?
we lost our way in NUS..so embarassing..still have to consult a map man!haiz..anyway, we managed to find our way at the end...

today is great.went to gather contacts with gordon, we did total of 8 surverys within 15 mins.and all gave nos. Praise God..all 8 seems quite responsive and one of the new fren is even a vietnamese..so nice..then i shepherded gordon after that..as i shared to him a passage..something i learned back then struck me again...

in Heb 10:22-25, 4 things that will encourage us when the tough gets going...
1) (v22) - let us draw near to God - Seek God
2) (v22b) - washing with pure water - Read the Word
3) (v23) - hold on unswervingly to the hope - Hope in God
4) (v24) - spur one another in love and good deeds - Encouragement from the CG members

this sums it up..hope that people get encouraged by this entry...yeah!

continuing from ytd's blog..we finished playing mahjong at tam's place ard 430 am..sleep till ard 1015 am to prepare to go out for ULm..and after some prep, gwen drove us there...

ULm was inspiring..shirls shared something abt what Ps Foy shared..guess there will be some new changes in the youth ministry...hmm..many testimonies were shared too...

after ULm, some of us went to eat at S11 and they wanna go shopping so i accompanied them for a while and left for home a while later..thank God that when i reached home,sharapova's match was still on..it was a closely contested match between sharapova and hantuchova..but sharapova seems to be the stronger one...yeah...

did some planning..i wanna grow!~!yeah..that's it!

i need a refreshment from God...

short blog today...am at tamar's house now..playing mahjong actually..am having a break..

suddenly the prompting of God has become so evident in my life..something that i know that i need to do..but has delibrately cast it aside..now i know it..something that i need to take some time to settle it with God and myself..today is the wake up call..

things that i need at this moment:
-time
-a clear and sound mind
-divine guidance from God

God, i need your help in this..i know i can't do this alone..i know i need to settle this soon...and i know after this, i will be moving closer to your promises...i am holding on...no matter what!

sharapova won again!yeah!she storms into round four!yeah!

today i reach home ard 915 am, am very tired..din sleep the whole nite..went back home,bathed and fell asleep till 1145am..then have to get up and go to aaron's CG..and i am really kinda of excited..i reach JP at 120 pm and i saw wahyudi first time since he injured his leg..i am kinda sad for him coz he can no longer play basketball due to his tendon tear..so cham rite?haiz..anyway, we had a fun and short CG...

after CG, it was prayer meeting...i thot it was not bad..but of course there are space for improvements..God spoke to me something abt standing on HIS holy ground when i was praying...something abt standing in the gap for the people...i hope God reveals more to me...

after that, i went to queensway to meet junyao for dinner...long time since i met him up one on one man!its really interesting to hear him tell me new stories that he has formed...so funny!

that's my day...tml is service day...i pray that i will be more sensitive to His voice...hope that all the visitors that are supposed to come will come!tml 21...!!jiayou ba!

yippee...

woke up slightly later today compared to the other days..woke up at 10 am..was like a bit blur coz woke up too late..am not used to it.then i went to watch "In her shoes" on my comp,it was kinda boring!din expect it to be this way..

then i headed towards cck to go to david's CG!was so excited man...coz long time never go CG..anyway, it was fun to spend time with the people and as i was travelling to jurong point with haixin, i got to know him more..really is time well spent!

anyway, i am currently in aaron's house...was an impromptu stayover..but it seems very comfortable becoz i have my own clothes here!haha...blessing in disguise?yeah!!!

tml is sharapova's third round's match!i hope she wins!yeah!

yo yo yo...rushing like the wind today!

received a call today at 0945 am this morning, it was from a sergeant in my camp, asking me to go back to submit 2 photos for my upcoming india trip..then i have to set off all the way from my home to camp,then from camp back home, then get the cleaning stuff...then set off the NUS' PGP hall to clean up the room for tamar...from the start till reach NUS was 3hr 30 mins...i think it was pretty amazing...after that i went home to watch sharapova's match against ashley harkleroad...sharapova was really overpowering her opponent..it was worth watching...

after a set won by sharapova, i headed to beach road to meet deb,ee voon,ruth and shuz for a meal and then go shopping!!we walked from 6 plus to 10 plus...gals are really amazing...then we saw this very nice jacket suitable for ruth..and i bought it for her early birthday gift..it was quite cheap man!haha..anyway, i ended of the day buying a nice jeans and shirt...both are chosen by the girls..haha..

am reading psalms later...praying that it will speak to me...for the previous weeks..have learned much from the book...God,continue to speak forth ur Word to me....I long!

yo am back again here...

today is quite interesting..morning supposed to meet 2 beautiful ladies(dehui & ting) to go to joo chiat office to watch tape..then when we reached there, there were no one at the office, so we went to have breakfast together at a nearby coffeeshop..we went back and got a tape called "Spiritual leaders in times of revival", it was quite interesting in the beginning,then after 25 mins, the preacher said "so its time for questions.."..then we were thinking:"how come the teaching so short one?"..we sent dehui to go up to get another tape...but we can't get a suitable one so we left office for queensway..and guess what?thru-out the whole journey there, ting kept asking me what's my dad's christian name, coz i told her that it was very "obiang"...

anyway, we reached queensway shopping centre at 130pm..i grabbed a bite from mac and proceeded to Alexandra hospital to have my wisdom tooth extracted..heard that it was a painful experience from my frens..anyway, it was only a short surgery that took 45 mins in total...15 mins for extracting,half hour to rest..then me and my dad proceeded home..did nothing much today.watch naruto only.that was my day...hmm...

praying for many things to happen in the west guys' grp..growth in the Word, and breakthru in evangelism too..all these things muz happen soon..i want to disciple people..i want to bring people to go meeting with me coz i am the only guy in SDMM..not juz that but i really want my people to growth..it CAN be,MUST be and WILL be DONE!

one new goal:i wanna go to shirls' DMM...its hard and it requires faith..but i know its possible!jia you ba!
